Conference registration is open. If at all possible, we request you register by February 5, 2012. We provide a substantial discount for doing so. We need registrations well in advance because we have to give the venue detailed information on facilities needed and payment for them a month before the conference.
There are three ways to register:
- Online registration form.
- Mail in the coupon from the Registration Brochure.
- Mail, email or fax the form on one side of the easily reproducible Conference Information Sheet & Registration Form.
The first two options require a separate form for each individual. The third option allows you to register multiple persons on a single form.
If you are coming as a family with children, the standard options and rates may not always work for you. Email the Conference Coordinator if you want to try to make special arrangements to meet your family’s needs.
