
Rev. Dr. Johnny M. Hunter
The Rev. Dr. Johnny M. Hunter, a longtime endorser of Consistent Life, has agreed to speak at our 25th Anniversary Conference. Dr. Hunter is the National Director of the Life Education And Resource Network (LEARN, Inc.), the most prominent African-American pro-life ministry in the U.S., and President of Global Life & Family Mission. Dr. Hunter has pastored several churches, and currently serves as Pastor of Praise and Worship at Cliffdale Community Church in Fayettteville, NC, a multi-ethnic Christian congregation. He has also served as an educator and a computer programmer, and is a consultant specializing in goal-oriented racial diversity training and organization. In addition, he composes, arranges and directs musical scores.
Dr. Hunter has received numerous awards for his service to society, including:
- Dr. Martin Luther King Religious Leadership Award from the Erie County Chapter of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference;
- Sojourner Truth Award from the Coalition of Urban Renewal and Education;
- Dr. James Cameron National Juneteenth Leadership Award; and
- Defender of Life Award from the National Black Pro-Life Conference.
With plenary speakers such as Dr. Hunter, Dr. Catherine Meeks and Aimee Bedoy, as well as leading activists on panels and leading workshops, the 25th Anniversary Conference is shaping up to be an exciting event. Don’t miss it!
